Online Registration Fee Payment & Refund Policy

The online payment option will be available after online registration is completed. The online payment option will appear there. Once the online payment mode is selected, the applicant will be directed to the Payment Gateway page. Applicant will have the option to pay application by using Net-banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/Wallet/UPI.

After the payment is done, if the transaction is successful, a payment confirmation will be sent by mail to your registered Email showing the transaction ID, date of payment, and payment status.

If the amount is deducted, but no success or failure confirmation is received, the applicant will have to wait for 2 hours. Normally, if the amount is deducted transaction should result in success within 2 hours.

If the amount is not deducted and failure confirmation appears, then the candidate can pay again by clicking on the payment button.

Candidates should not wait till the last day and time of application to submit an online application or payment of fees. The online payment gateway closes along with the application form.

An application fee once paid is NON-REFUNDABLE due to any reason whatsoever.

SURYAKALACHARITABLE TRUST shall refund the application fees only in case of multiple successful transactions against the same registration ID i.e. in case the candidate has paid more than once against the same registration ID, then SURYAKALACHARITABLE TRUST shall suo-moto refund/ reverse such excess transactions within 7 working days (excepting first one) on the closure of application process. Such candidates are advised not to raise any separate requests to the bank.
